Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 7 years are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
1.00 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
Internet via modem is available in the business centre and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Breakfast costs ZAR 35.00 per child under 12 years.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
